Black Ops Server crash issue ticket

I've raised a support call ticket to GameServer about intermittent crash of our server, here's their reply:

Dear customer

Your ticket has been identified by our staff as a ticket regarding a crashing scenario that is happening on your Black Ops server. All crashes are being looked at very carefully with any and all information that is discovered forwarded to the developers of the title.

With the aid of the developer, we are sending any and all data to the developers so that they can ensure that the crash is not due to a game server software bug.

Unfortunately, not all crashes are the same and we must look at each one on a case by case basis. We are however working on this as a top priority issue and hope to find the root cause for each and every crash scenario that is reported.
